If we need more detail, we'll ask — short and specific, not a lengthy discovery call unless you'd rather have one.

You'll get a plain-language outline of what we'd do and roughly what it costs, so you can decide with real information.

If your question is outside what we do, you will still get a reply — usually with the name of somebody who handles it better. It costs us nothing and it saves you a week.
