Do you work with clients outside Estonia?

We are based in Tallinn and work with clients across the EU — remotely by default, on site when the job genuinely needs hands on hardware.

Can we take just one service?

Yes. Most clients start with one thing — usually support or a website — and add the rest once they have seen how we work.

Will you take over an existing site or network?

Often. We start with an audit, write down what we find, and agree what gets fixed first before anything changes.

What does day-to-day support actually look like?

A direct channel to a named person, agreed response times, and a monthly summary of what was done, what broke and what we changed to stop it happening again.

How is pricing structured?

A monthly retainer for managed services, fixed scope for project work. No hourly surprises — if the scope changes, we tell you before the work starts.
